About the position

The Resident Services Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring excellent customer service and addressing resident concerns effectively. This role involves communication with residents and the Property Manager, as well as managing various correspondence and maintaining resident records.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of contact for all residents.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service while investigating and resolving resident concerns.
  • Process and type daily correspondence; post various notices at home when needed.
  • Act as the information liaison between the Property Manager and residents.
  • Create and circulate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual resident correspondence.
  • Maintain an up-to-date resident call list.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in the property management industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • High level of interpersonal, conflict management, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with MRI, a plus.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite.
