About the position

The Resource Navigator position at The SOURCE is a full-time role focused on connecting employees of member companies with community resources to enhance economic security and career progression. The role involves client intake, problem-solving barriers to employment, and promoting navigation services through employer engagement and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct confidential and timely client intake to ensure a positive client experience.
• Identify and communicate opportunities to improve navigation processes for efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Listen to and problem-solve barriers for clients by identifying available benefits, programs, and resources.
• Attend monthly employer site visits to promote the use of navigation services.
• Gather and prepare data regarding the quality and utilization of services to ensure a return on investment for companies.
• Research and stay updated on available community resources to meet client needs.
• Communicate the benefits of The SOURCE to employers, employees, and community stakeholders.
• Engage with other internal resource navigators to promote teamwork and collaboration.
• Perform any other duties as described by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree in communications, sociology, psychology, non-profit/public administration, or related fields.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google sites.
• Ability to treat all individuals with dignity and respect, regardless of background or cultural differences.
• Excellent multi-tasking, organizational skills, and ability to work with ambiguity.
• Insurable driving record required.
