The Retail Lead at Mint Cannabis is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing dispensary operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team in a fast-growing cannabis retail environment. Responsibilities

• Responsible for opening and closing the dispensary as scheduled, ensuring all operational tasks run seamlessly.
• Provide top-quality, compassionate customer service by assisting patients in selecting cannabis products.
• Verify patient allotments and adhere to state regulations and dispensary standards.
• Support store management by training, supervising, and delegating tasks to team members.
• Oversee product displays, maintain accurate store signage, and ensure all inventory is stocked and presented attractively.
• Coordinate daily cleaning and organize stockrooms to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Engage in ongoing education and training to stay informed about cannabis industry trends and products.
• Assist in coaching and providing feedback on attendance and performance.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Consent to a criminal background check as required by the Arizona Department of Health Services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods (3+ hours).
• Comfortable using computer systems, including POS/register, keyboards, and scanners.
• Strong record of reliable attendance.
