Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of commercial property.
• Utilize Yardi property management software.
• Implement and oversee facility management procedures to ensure optimal functionality of the property.
• Oversee a team of three Facilities employees.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to property management and tenant relations.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, tenant files, and property documentation.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess condition and identify necessary improvements or repairs.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for property maintenance and improvement projects.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in Property Management.
• Exposure to overseeing a Retail property.
• Yardi exposure preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in retail property management for at least one year.
