About the position

The Retail Sales Associate at Mobily LLC is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a retail environment. This role offers unlimited earning potential through commission and provides a clear career path for advancement into leadership positions. Associates will receive training and tools necessary for success, along with a supportive community to help them forge their own sales path.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding customer needs.
• Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
• Represent the company and the AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, which can lead to additional bonus payments.

Requirements

• Clear communication skills with a positive attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with flexibility to work at multiple locations as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.

Nice-to-haves

• A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
