• Maintain sanitation and safety of the department's service and utility areas.
• Supervise retail associates.
• Handle cash management and complete required reports, including inventory and cash reports.
• Respond to customer needs and resolve concerns.
• Assist with menu planning and ordering using company programs.
• Ensure department is opened and closed per security policies.
• Assist in the selection and orientation of associates; oversee training.
• Develop and post associates' work schedules.
• Evaluate, mentor, and discipline associates according to policy.
• Comply with health department regulations and company policies regarding food safety.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for food handling and distribution.
• Identify and use cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
