About The Position
The Returns Specialist at Vuori is responsible for processing and issuing refunds for ECOM and Wholesale returns in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role requires attention to detail in grading the condition of returned products and ensuring that only brand new, unworn items are resold. The position involves collaboration with the Customer Service and Wholesale Teams to ensure timely and accurate refunds.
