About the position
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Roving Personal Banker (SAFE) to support various branch locations within a specific geography. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting with account openings, and promoting bank products and services. The position requires flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities while ensuring compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act.
Responsibilities
- Provide support across various branch locations where a banker or teller is unavailable.
- Participate in delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive outreach.
- Assist customers with account openings, service requests, and credit applications.
- Build relationships with customers to understand their financial needs.
- Refer customers to appropriate bank products and services based on their needs.
- Maintain cash drawer and handle cash transactions as needed.
Requirements
- 6+ months of customer interaction experience or equivalent through work, training, military experience, or education.
- Ability to educate customers on technology and mobile banking options.
- Experience in handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers and internal partners.
- Ability to identify potential fraud and take appropriate action.

- Relevant military experience in personnel benefits management or human resources.
- Proficient in sourcing and maintaining customer relationships.
