About the position

The Sales Administrator role at CBIZ is a full-time position focused on supporting the sales and customer success departments through various administrative functions. The primary responsibilities include managing contracts, processing sales orders, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Responsibilities

  • Review contracts for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Manage and maintain contract renewal schedules, ensuring timely communication of key renewals.
  • Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams for fulfillment.
  • Conduct regular audits of contracts and sales orders for compliance and accuracy.
  • Manage and process change orders, ensuring clear communication with relevant departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales contracts and related documentation.
  • Assist sales teams with administrative tasks, including preparing proposals and generating reports.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding contract and order status, addressing inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure proper updates in CRM and ERP systems for sales orders and contracts.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams for smooth processing of sales orders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales administration or similar administrative role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience with contract management, sales order processing, and auditing is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review contracts and documents for accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with sales order systems and contract management tools is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
