About the position

StretchLab is seeking a dynamic Sales and Customer Support Representative to join our team in Sioux Falls. This part-time role focuses on fostering relationships with clients, executing sales strategies, and promoting our wellness brand through excellent customer service and community outreach. The ideal candidate will be passionate about wellness and motivated by sales, with opportunities to utilize social media skills for brand growth.

Responsibilities

  • Foster relationships with current and potential members.
  • Execute sales strategies to drive membership and services sales.
  • Assist the General/Sales Manager with lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
  • Prospect through lead management via calling, texting, and emailing.
  • Book and confirm stretching appointments.
  • Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects.
  • Conduct tours of the facility while establishing relationships and targeting individual needs.
  • Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production.
  • Present available services to current or prospective members.
  • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas and follow-up with leads.
  • Engage with the local community through partnerships and special events to promote the club.

Requirements

  • Strongly self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
  • Must be a team player.
  • 1 year of fitness sales or relevant sales experience is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail.
  • Able to accurately establish priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs.
  • Must have excellent organization, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, neat, and organized.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public.
  • Proficiency with computers and studio software.
  • Work well under time constraints and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in community outreach and event promotion.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing.
