About The Position

The Sales and Service Associate at 24 Hour Fitness plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for gym members. This position focuses on helping new members start their fitness journey, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe gym space. The associate is responsible for building relationships with members, addressing their needs, and ensuring they feel a sense of belonging within the fitness community.

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail or fitness sales experience.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Self-motivated and passionate about helping others.
• Ability to exceed goals and embrace failure as a learning opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Share passion for fitness by assisting new members in starting their fitness journey.
• Develop first-name relationships with members and guests, answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Maintain a clean, well-maintained, and safe gym environment for all members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to all guests and members.
• Support an exceptional new member onboarding experience to connect them with fitness offerings.
• Provide friendly greetings and prompt attention to members' needs upon their arrival.
