About the position

The Sales Manager Trainee position at Denver Mattress is an entry-level role designed to kickstart your career in sales and management. This program offers guaranteed training pay and equips trainees with essential skills in sales, personnel leadership, and customer service. Trainees will work closely with experienced Store Managers to gain hands-on experience and knowledge necessary for success in retail sales and management.

Responsibilities

• Selling a unique array of mattresses and accessories.
• Greeting and assisting customers to ascertain their mattress wants and needs.
• Answering customer questions and inquiries regarding products and services.
• Seeking out information and knowledge regarding new products.
• Setting and achieving personal goals.
• Presenting and preparing contracts and processing transactions in POS.
• Placing orders and locating stock.
• Maintaining knowledge of current promotions and policies regarding payment, exchanges, and store security.
• Participating in merchandising and product displays.

Requirements
