About the position

We are seeking a dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market changes, and innovations

Requirements

• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Multilingual proficiency is a plus
• Experience in benefits administration or sales administration preferred
• Knowledge of insurance products and services
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Familiarity with outside sales techniques including telemarketing
• Fluency in Spanish is advantageous
