About the position

The Salesforce FSC Tech Lead at Cognizant is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing secure and scalable business solutions within Salesforce CRM. This role requires strong hands-on development experience, particularly in Apex programming, Lightning components, and integration with cloud-based applications. The Tech Lead will collaborate with technical managers, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive the implementation of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure and scalable business solutions in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with technical managers, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Write Apex programming, develop Lightning components, and create Flows and APIs.
• Integrate Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premise applications using standard and custom REST APIs.
• Develop high-level designs for business requirements and create prototypes to demonstrate solutions.
• Utilize source control and release management tools such as GitHub and Copado.
• Work within Agile development methodologies, particularly SCRUM.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on development experience in Salesforce (SFDC).
• Expertise in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Knowledge of source control and release management tools like GitHub and Copado.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with other applications using REST APIs.
• Strong planning, organization, time management, and communication skills.
• Salesforce Admin and PD1 certifications; FSC certification is highly preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Exposure to Salesforce Vlocity (Oministudio), Data Raptors, Ominiscript, and Integration Procedures.
• Experience with Flexcards.
