About the position

As a SAP Data Migration Consultant at PwC, you will lead consulting services focused on data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. Your role involves analyzing client requirements, designing and implementing data management solutions, and providing training and support to enhance the effective utilization of SAP tools. You will work closely with clients to optimize their data management processes, improve data quality, and derive valuable insights, all while mentoring future leaders and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and implement software solutions for operational efficiency.
• Design and implement data management and analytics solutions using SAP technologies.
• Provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools.
• Develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports.
• Drive business growth and shape the direction of client engagements.
• Mentor and cultivate the potential in team members.
• Ensure adherence to professional and technical standards and PwC's code of conduct.
• Lead and manage multiple full life cycle implementations in SAP.
• Conduct blueprint/design workshops and requirements gathering.
• Design ETL jobs to extract, cleanse, validate, and transform data.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP Data Migration technical roles utilizing SAP ETL Tools (BODS/ADM/ADMM).
• Advanced SQL skills and knowledge of SAP Information Steward.
• Experience with SAP S4/ECC/ABAP.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in managing, mentoring, and leading teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge in SAP MDG for data governance.
• Experience with SAP Datasphere and SAC for Data Analytics.
• Familiarity with data validation, data security, and data sensitivity requirements.
