About the position

As a SAP Data Migration Consultant at PwC, you will lead consulting services focused on data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. Your role involves analyzing client requirements, designing and implementing data management solutions, and providing training and support to ensure effective utilization of SAP tools. You will work closely with clients to enhance their data management processes, improve data quality, and derive valuable insights, all while mentoring future leaders and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and implement software solutions for operational efficiency.
• Design and implement data management and analytics solutions using SAP technologies.
• Provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools.
• Develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports.
• Drive thought leadership and develop new ideas and solutions.
• Mentor and lead teams, both onshore and offshore, to maximize client satisfaction.
• Conduct Blueprint/Design workshops and requirements gathering for SAP implementations.
• Manage the review and approval process of business rules and mapping documents.
• Design ETL jobs to extract, cleanse, validate, and transform data from various sources.
• Utilize data quality modules for cleansing, matching, and de-duplication of data.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP Data Migration with technical expertise in SAP ETL Tools (BODS/ADM/ADMM).
• Advanced SQL skills and knowledge of SAP Information Steward.
• Experience with SAP S4/ECC/ABAP and conducting full life cycle implementations in SAP.
• Strong understanding of SAP data dependencies across functional domains (FI, CO, SD, etc.).
• Ability to design and execute load programs for data integration into SAP.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of SAP MDG for data governance and SAP Datasphere.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for data analytics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for effective collaboration.
