Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized, expert advice on furniture, mattresses, and fine rugs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the shopping experience.
  • Accurately write sales orders and maintain organized store displays.
  • Assist customers in selecting products and communicate delivery updates.
  • Expand product knowledge through training and sales meetings.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via text/chat using company software.
  • Offer product protection plans and present credit options to customers.
  • Understand and communicate promotional pricing and advertised merchandise effectively.
  • Maintain flexibility in working hours, including weekends and outside events.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Previous sales experience in a retail environment is a plus.
