Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, expert advice on furniture, mattresses, and fine rugs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the shopping experience.
- Accurately write sales orders and maintain organized store displays.
- Assist customers in selecting products and communicate delivery updates.
- Expand product knowledge through training and sales meetings.
- Respond to customer inquiries via text/chat using company software.
- Offer product protection plans and present credit options to customers.
- Understand and communicate promotional pricing and advertised merchandise effectively.
- Maintain flexibility in working hours, including weekends and outside events.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Previous sales experience in a retail environment is a plus.
