About the position

OSS Inc. is seeking dependable and hard-working security officers to ensure the safety and security of a hospital environment in Warrensville Heights, OH. The role involves monitoring premises, assisting visitors, and responding to emergencies, with a focus on maintaining a secure environment for all personnel and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of the site and visitors through regular rounding of the premises and monitoring of cameras
• Escorting employees and visitors to various sites on the premises when needed
• Responding to and assisting in emergency situations
• Completing incident reports when required
• Completing tasks as required by the client
• Signing visitors in and out of the facility

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year security background
• Eighteen years of age
• Ability to work additional shifts as deemed necessary
• Must be punctual, responsible and reliable
• Willing to work overtime
• Capable of following directions
• Presentable, industrious, friendly and well mannered
• Pass employee drug test
• Ability to speak and write English
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
• The ability to withstand hot and cold temperatures
• Pass a background check
• Basic Computer Skills
