About the position

As a Security Operations Center Officer at Allied Universal, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding clients across various industries, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government. This position involves monitoring security systems, responding to incidents, and ensuring the safety and security of the premises. You will work in a dynamic and diverse environment, contributing to a culture of safety and service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by implementing safety and security procedures and site-specific policies.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
  • Monitor closed circuit television systems and alarms.
  • Operate facility computer systems as assigned.
  • Handle security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
  • Contact Emergency Services when necessary.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Subject to a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Must pass a drug screen as permitted by law.
  • A valid driver's license is required for driving positions.
