About the position

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and dependable Server to join our team at a leading staffing agency in the hospitality industry. The Server will be responsible for ensuring guests have an outstanding dining experience by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires collaboration with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and a pleasant dining atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders from guests in a polite and friendly manner.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
• Answer questions about the menu, make recommendations, and accommodate special requests.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Process payments and provide accurate change.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a server or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
