The Service Technician II role at Conduent involves performing business support and technical work, utilizing data organizing and coordination skills. Responsibilities
- Monitors the equipment to ensure it is operating correctly and reports any malfunctions.
- Ensures troubleshooting issues are identified and communicated.
- Understands and follows Quality Control criteria and procedures.
- Handles set up, installation, and readiness for operation of equipment.
- Reviews all equipment components to ensure quality standards are met.
- Completes all required documentation to keep a record of the equipment maintenance.
- May need to operate a company vehicle in order to service remote devices.
- Performs recommended preventative maintenance.
- Assists and guides Level 1 technicians.
- Occasionally performs all tasks from level 1.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
Requirements
- Vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent experience in a technical field.
- Developed skills in a range of processes, procedures, and systems related to equipment maintenance.
- Ability to problem solve and evaluate issues to provide the best outcome for clients and end-users.
- Effective interpersonal skills to exchange information and ideas.
