About The Position

The Service Technician II role is a full-time position focused on property maintenance and repair. The technician will handle a variety of tasks including plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, and appliance maintenance, ensuring the property remains in excellent condition and providing exceptional service to residents.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of property maintenance, handyman work, or a related field experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• A valid Driver's License is required.
• Comfortable using work order systems or mobile apps to track tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various conditions.
• Problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Friendly and professional approach to working with residents and team members.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications in relevant maintenance fields are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of repairs, including plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, and appliance maintenance.
• Complete make-readies for incoming residents.
• Perform painting, carpentry, and general upkeep tasks to maintain property aesthetics.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, working a rotating on-call schedule.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to keep equipment and systems in top shape.
• Collaborate with the property management team to prioritize repairs and plan for larger projects.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance concerns quickly and professionally.
