The Shift Leader at Jersey Mike's Subs plays a crucial role in supporting the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high food quality, and fostering a positive team environment. The Shift Leader is responsible for coaching staff, managing cash handling, and ensuring compliance with company policies while actively participating in marketing initiatives and maintaining cleanliness standards.

- Being certified in all four positions of the restaurant
- Effective communication
- Having a sense of urgency
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- 1 Year QSR experience preferred
- Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
- Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
- Must have reliable transportation
