About the position

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in graphic design tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and customer feedback; utilize social listening tools to gather insights.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on the effectiveness of social media initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite for social media posts and advertisements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and advertising to keep our strategies fresh and relevant.
• Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design tasks.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and advertising tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social listening techniques to gauge audience sentiment and engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading content.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
