About The Position

The Software Engineer position at MUFG Bank involves working as a key technical resource in the Market Systems for Liquidity Risk Management System (LRMS). The role focuses on the development, support, implementation, and enhancement of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Application (OFSAA) for Asset and Liability Management (ALM) and Liquidity Risk Management (LRM) modules. The selected candidate will participate in ongoing liquidity risk management projects, document key business requirements, and coordinate technology and business teams while working in a hybrid environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of related technical experience in the Financial/Banking industry with OFSAA for ALM and LRM modules.
• 3 years of experience building applications using OFSAA configuration components.
• Experience developing Unix shell scripts and performing database query optimization.

Responsibilities

• Work as a key technical resource in Market Systems for Liquidity Risk Management System (LRMS).
• Participate in ongoing liquidity risk management projects and document key business requirements and technical specifications.
• Perform development, support, implementation, and enhancement of OFSAA for ALM and LRM modules.
• Independently develop Unix shell scripts and optimize database queries for large Oracle databases.
• Coordinate technology and business teams for project initiatives.
• Build applications using OFSAA configuration components and enhance current reporting.
• Assist LRMS team lead with project management activities and business process model design.
• Support the review and analysis of Help Desk Tickets as per ITA Problem Management procedure.
• Facilitate the design and implementation process for new products/projects and evaluate operational impacts.
• Conduct tests and project implementations under the direction of superiors.
