About the position

As a Solution Architect at Stitch Consulting Services, you will play a crucial role in integrating Braze and partner technologies into clients' marketing technology stacks. Your responsibilities will include gathering technical requirements, developing functional design specifications, and implementing scalable solutions that enhance customer engagement. You will collaborate with a diverse team to create dynamic audience segments and multi-channel campaign flows, ensuring that marketing strategies align with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze technical requirements for seamless integration of Braze and partner technologies.
  • Develop detailed functional design specifications outlining workflows and user journeys.
  • Design and implement scalable, end-to-end solutions that support personalized customer experiences.
  • Manage complex data structures, user attributes, and event tracking to enhance engagement strategies.
  • Utilize Braze's segmentation tools to create dynamic audience segments based on user behaviors.
  • Design and implement multi-channel campaign flows using Braze's Canvas tool.
  • Collaborate with the Delivery team to ensure optimal configuration of technologies within the customer's martech stack.
  • Stay informed about advancements in Braze and maintain necessary certifications.
  • Occasionally travel to client sites for strategic discussions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in the marketing technology industry.
  • 3 or more Braze Certifications, including the Braze Marketer and Braze Digital Strategist certifications.
  • Knowledge of Liquid, APIs, SDKs, data modeling, and data ingestion processes.
  • Experience in developing and documenting custom solutions.
  • Strong organization and delegation skills.
  • Ability to articulate marketing technology best practices and translate them into practical recommendations.
  • Agility to adapt to new technologies and challenges.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Excellent strategic and technical thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with coding/scripting examples and proof of concepts.
  • Confidence in leading customer-facing discussions and presentations.
