About the position
As a Solutions Architect at Celonis, you will play a crucial role in the technical onboarding process for enterprise customers, ensuring they can effectively integrate and utilize the Celonis Process Mining platform. You will serve as the primary technical contact, guiding customers through data ingestion, user management, and authentication processes, while also eliminating any technical barriers to user adoption. Your expertise will help shape best practices and solutions that enhance the overall customer experience and drive value from the platform.
Responsibilities
- Work with enterprise customers as part of the customer value journey and lead the technical onboarding process of Celonis.
- Lead technical discussions with customers to identify key system architecture components; propose and help customers build solutions that unblock deployments.
- Establish real-time integrations to customer source systems via APIs and Celonis internal integration solutions.
- Advise customers of authentication and user/group management and provisioning solutions for the Celonis platform.
- Eliminate any technical barriers to user adoption of Celonis.
- Develop best practices & blueprints that can be used internally & externally to enable the full Celonis ecosystem.
- Leverage your technical expertise contributing to global programs within the services organization.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Solid experience with project management and outstanding customer-centric skills, with proven experience working with customers.
- Experience and interest in working with modern tech stack and methods like REST/SOAP API-Management, Data Ingestion & Streaming, SSO, LDAP, IT Security, Python, Agile, etc.
- Experience with SQL and Python, as well as with data pipelines and ETL processes for large volumes of data.
- Knowledgeable about security and compliance topics for enterprise applications.
- A solution-oriented professional who enjoys deep technical discussions and can translate technical knowledge into understandable terms for a broader audience.
- Experience with at least one of the major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
