About the position

The position involves overseeing daily operations and ensuring that team members are effectively managed and held accountable. The role requires flexibility in working hours, including the possibility of working both first and second shifts, as well as weekends and holidays. The primary focus is on maintaining quality standards, completing necessary documentation, and ensuring that all team members are paid daily while fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily payment for team members.
• Complete Op Sheets for any Diamond 1 defects and submit daily.
• Populate the quality database and submit all Op Sheets as directed.
• Log notes and breakpoints into GSIP daily.
• Address all Doc 8's and late statuses daily.
• Complete Level 4 BPD bards daily.
• Submit SIR's for all medical visits on the same day they occur.
• Prepare for meetings with expected deliverables.
• Monitor PM&C for TIP and throughput efficiency hourly/daily.
• Understand and monitor GSIP for workflow and potential issues.
• Engage with team communications via text, radio, and email promptly.
• Complete all assigned tasks and seek help when needed.
• Hold team members accountable and lead by example.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including 1st and 2nd shifts.
• Capability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as required.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and documentation.
