Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of the team store operation including follow up with inbound leads.
• Create quotes and execute online team stores from start to finish.
• Purchase products once stores close and work with decorators to ensure timely completion.
• Fulfill orders to customers and collaborate with team sales to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in Salesforce.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfaction.
• Attend regular department/company meetings and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience working under pressure of quotas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to discover and understand customer needs.
• Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
• Proficiency in prospecting new sales opportunities through calls and emails.
• Ability to set realistic expectations with customers.
