About the position

The Staffing Coordinator plays a vital role in the recruitment and staffing processes at Sunbridge Home Health Care. This position is responsible for attracting and retaining top talent, creating work schedules, and maintaining communication with clients, case managers, and staff. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with new applicants, current workers, clients, case managers, supervisors, and the payroll department.
• Interview and hire applicants and oversee the onboarding process and paperwork.
• Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate records.
• Accept referrals from case managers and schedule start-ups with our Nurse Director and the field worker.
• Create schedules for each worker.
• Maintain an updated and accurate client list.
• Oversee annual training of field staff.
• Work with the billing department and workers to create a bi-weekly payroll report for the payroll department.
• Work closely with the Waiver Director.

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task and handle a large workload that is constantly changing.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and executive recruiting processes.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for both candidates and the organization.
• Exceptional relationship management skills, fostering positive interactions with candidates and team members.
• Familiarity with Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
