About the position

The Support Services Specialist will perform various administrative tasks related to Matthew 25's Kentucky Ryan White Part B Program. This role is essential in supporting the needs of the communities served by working closely with Community Services and the Case Management team. The position emphasizes a commitment to the mission of providing inclusive healthcare and support for those impacted by HIV/AIDS.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks related to the Kentucky Ryan White Part B Program.
• Support the Community Services and Case Management teams in their efforts.
• Assist in meeting the needs of the communities served by Matthew 25.
• Ensure compliance with medical case management principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in case management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of medical case management principles.
• Experience working in a nonprofit organization or a strong desire to work in a service-driven environment.
• 100% commitment to Matthew 25's mission, vision, and values.
• Flexibility to travel within a large geographic area in Kentucky.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background test.

Nice-to-haves
