About The Position

The Support Staff-Construction System Analyst is responsible for managing and overseeing the Planning, Design, and Construction Controls within the School District of Osceola County. This role involves developing professional service contracts, managing the district's project management system, and providing audit support and report preparation for the Chief Facilities Officer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree; or High School Diploma or GED with comparable training from an accredited technical school or manufacturer's school.
• One (1) year of related work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or three (3) years of related work experience with a High School Diploma or GED required.
• Construction Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Planning, Design, and Construction Controls.
• Develop planning, design, and construction professional service contracts.
• Manage the contract and district's project management system.
• Oversee the new project request system.
• Provide audit support and prepare various reports for the Chief Facilities Officer.
