About the position

The Systems Architect is responsible for designing and developing IT architecture solutions that align with the enterprise architecture direction and standards. This role involves technical planning, architecture development, and the modification of specifications to address business problems. The Systems Architect will assess the compatibility and integration of proposed products and services to ensure a cohesive architecture across interdependent technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop IT architecture solutions to business problems.
• Perform technical planning and architecture development.
• Develop specifications for new products, applications, and services.
• Assess compatibility and integration of proposed products and services.
• Manage the architectural roadmap for assigned domain.
• Translate business requirements into architecture plans for digital solutions.
• Prepare technical design documentation including workflow and integration strategy.
• Evaluate new technologies and lead Proof-Of-Concepts (POCs).
• Lead the architectural review board and provide technical guidance on application development.
• Ensure products meet performance, availability, scalability, and security requirements.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree or comparable work experience.
• Minimum of 1-3 years as a Power Platform solution architect or 7-10 years as a senior consultant or developer.
• Experience in customizing, integrating, and developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Technical expertise in .NET languages (e.g., VB.NET, C#) and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Proven experience in delivery management and managing risks.
• Experience leading code reviews, design reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and cloud-based development.
• Experience with front-end technologies including JavaScript, React, CSS, and HTML.
