Responsibilities

  • Streamline product development processes to reduce time-to-market.
  • Enhance cross-functional collaboration among product engineers, customer teams, and suppliers.
  • Improve product quality by integrating feedback from stakeholders.
  • Optimize the supply chain to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Drive innovation by identifying and implementing solutions that differentiate products in the market.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by aligning product features with customer needs.
  • Facilitate decision-making processes by coordinating and integrating information from various sources.
  • Support business growth through successful product launches and improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field is required.
  • Master's degree in Engineering is highly desired.
  • 10+ years of experience working with braking systems, including ABS and EBS.
  • Prior Senior or Lead Engineer equivalent work experience in a relevant discipline area is required.
  • Strong understanding of ABS, ESC/ESP, ASR, Hill Assist, and brake distribution features of EBS.
  • Good knowledge of pneumatic and electro-pneumatic valves and braking system performance.
  • Solid experience as a systems engineer, including utilization of ALM tools for requirements management.
  • Experience with vehicle network topology (CAN, LIN, ethernet, etc.) and E&E architecture.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of MS Office tools is preferred.
  • Demonstrated capability of independent development of a system in both prototype and production stages.
