About the position

The Tagging or Adobe Target Subject Matter Expert (SME) position at Rose International is a temporary, full-time role focused on managing A/B testing, personalization, and tag management at an enterprise level. The SME will ensure accurate data collection from websites and apps, leveraging advanced analytics tools to enhance user experiences and drive business objectives. This role requires a strong technical background in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with expertise in Adobe Target and Launch, to implement and maintain tag management systems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and Maintenance of Tag Management Systems (TMS) including setting up TMS, creating and managing tags, and ensuring data flows correctly to analytics platforms.
• Technical Implementation of Analytics and Digital Tools, ensuring proper integration and data collection from various tools.
• Data Quality Assurance to validate data accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and maintain high data integrity across systems.
• A/B Testing & Personalization Product Owner, overseeing the end-to-end implementation, execution, and optimization of A/B testing.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders to understand tracking requirements, implement solutions, and provide technical support.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing to maintain clear documentation of tag management setup and educate the organization on data usage and best practices.
• Staying Up to Date with advancements in digital tools and techniques in tag management and analytics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in tagging, testing, and personalization roles.
• Proficient in managing A/B testing, personalization, and tag management at an enterprise level.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and data layer implementation.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with browser developer tools for debugging and troubleshooting.
• Ability to align testing and personalization initiatives with broader business objectives.
• Strong grasp of A/B testing principles, significance, and experimental design.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.
• Skilled in collaboration across teams to drive initiatives and communicate insights effectively.
• Up to date with advancements in analytic tools, testing, and personalization.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with additional analytics platforms and A/B testing tools beyond Adobe.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design principles.
