About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting all aspects of Human Resources, focusing primarily on talent acquisition. This role involves managing the recruitment pipeline, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. The specialist collaborates with managers to fulfill staffing needs and aims to improve hiring metrics such as time to hire and candidate satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain job posting sites like ADP and Indeed.
  • Verify and update job descriptions and postings as needed.
  • Coordinate with Hiring Managers to identify job openings.
  • Engage with qualified candidates to create interest in job opportunities.
  • Ensure job posting budgets are managed effectively for ROI.
  • Develop talent pipelines with agencies, schools, and partners.
  • Generate a strong candidate pool for all posted positions.
  • Ensure job postings meet legal requirements and represent the organization well.
  • Advertise open positions internally and externally as needed.
  • Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for employment.
  • Verify employment eligibility of candidates.
  • Prepare offer letters in coordination with Hiring Managers.
  • Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding processes.
  • Assist with HR documentation and employee relations under the HR Director's guidance.

  • Technologically adept with multiple software applications.
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters.

  • Experience managing the Talent Pipeline.
  • Familiarity with ADP Workforce is strongly desired.
  • Demonstrated experience in all phases of recruitment and staffing.
