About the position

The Technical Service & Support role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of product delivery and warranty service activities for Power Plate and bioDensity products. This position involves utilizing a network of national service providers to ensure customer delivery, installation, preventive maintenance, and service repairs across the USA and Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate delivery and warranty service requests from internal customers.
  • Liaise with customers to organize installation and confirm receipt of orders with freight forwarders.
  • Field initial customer complaints, gather warranty information, and troubleshoot issues over the phone.
  • Capture customer and product data in the company ERP system and generate work orders for repairs.
  • Review service providers' billing invoices and close out open calls in the service log.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree or Technical Education Certificate.
  • 3+ years of technical related experience.
  • 3+ years of logistics and/or order entry related experience.
  • 3+ years of direct experience within the fitness industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of service methods and procedures for product delivery and installation.
  • Technical understanding of electrical and mechanical products.
  • High level of PC skills focused on order entry.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
