About the position

We are seeking enthusiastic Technical Writers (Junior & Midlevel) to support our direct client's web pages redesign project. As entry-level and mid-level writers, you will assist in creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation, working with teams to ensure that content is easy to understand and aligned with the redesign goals. The role requires effective communication, self-motivation, and organization, thriving in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing user guides, FAQs, and other technical documentation related to the web pages redesign.
• Work closely with designers, developers, and product teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Edit and proofread existing content for clarity and consistency.
• Help simplify technical jargon for non-technical users.
• Organize content to enhance user experience and website navigation.
• Ensure that all documentation follows brand style guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong written communication skills with an attention to detail.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, simple language.
• Familiarity with basic writing tools such as MS Word and Google Docs.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
