The Tile and Stone Showroom Sales Representative position at Stone-Mart Marble Group involves engaging with customers in a retail showroom environment, promoting and selling natural stone, tile flooring, and pavers. The role requires enthusiasm and energy to drive sales while providing excellent customer service. Representatives will work in a fast-paced environment and are expected to meet sales targets while receiving support through training and tools provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in the showroom to promote and sell tile and stone products.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
• Maintain knowledge of product offerings and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
• Assist in showroom organization and presentation to enhance customer experience.
• Work every Saturday and flexible hours as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in tile, flooring, or stone industry preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication skills, both on the phone and internet.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Knowledge of natural stone and tile products.
