The Unarmed FLEX Security Officer position at DSI Security Services involves maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general security duties. Officers will be responsible for observing, correcting, and reporting hazards, as well as complying with DSI and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
• Provide general security duties to clients.
• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
• Understand and comply with DSI and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures and DSI's safety manual.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• Perform routine foot patrols and moderate lifting.
• Work in all-weather elements.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Reliable means of transportation and means of communication required.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills required.
• Effective written and oral communication skills required.
• Must pass all required background and drug screenings.
