About The Position

The Vehicle Service Attendant is responsible for cleaning and preparing vehicles for delivery, operating various vehicles, and performing maintenance and repairs as needed. This role requires adherence to safety policies and company standards while ensuring effective communication with clients and team members.

Requirements

• Proof of high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Maintain valid driver's license and MVR within company policy requirements.
• Ability to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write) in English.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Ability to work with hazardous chemicals, solvents, strong soaps, and caustic cleaning chemicals.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to maintain consistent attendance.
• Forklift operation certification.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean vehicles as required and make ready for delivery.
• Deliver vehicles to sites and locations as required.
• Operate a wide variety of vehicles.
• Perform work within set guideline hours.
• Repair and maintain equipment and tools in the work area.
• Work safely at all times and adhere to all applicable safety policies.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Advise technician of needed repairs and/or maintenance.
• Identify and report vehicle damage.
• Communicate and resolve client complaints to appropriate leaders.
• Perform all duties requested by management.
