Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the R&D strategy in alignment with the company's long-term goals.
• Lead all phases of product formulation, from concept to launch, including research, prototyping, testing, and regulatory approval.
• Work closely with key clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop customized formulations.
• Build and lead a high-performing R&D team, overseeing recruitment, training, and development of team members.
• Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and market trends to introduce innovative product solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Production teams to align product development with business strategies.
• Drive the company's sustainability agenda by introducing eco-friendly product formulations and packaging.

Requirements

• Experience in strategic leadership and R&D management.
• Strong background in product development, particularly in personal care and OTC products.
• Proficiency in HPLC and quality control processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
