About the position

As a Senior Visual Designer at Abridge, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the brand's presence across various channels and bringing marketing campaigns to life. This position requires a detail-oriented designer who is passionate about visual excellence and creating engaging designs in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. The role is part-time for a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension, requiring at least 20 hours of work per week in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver high-impact visual experiences across the website, social media, events, presentations, and collateral.
  • Own the end-to-end creative process from concept to final deliverable, crafting designs that engage and inspire customers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and fellow designers to produce assets that elevate the brand and ensure consistency.
  • Continue to scale the brand identity and help position the company as an industry leader.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing or visual design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing visual design work across various mediums (web design, print, brand, campaigns, etc.).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail with an eye for typography, layout, color, and brand consistency.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in web design and creating unique, branded experiences.
  • Prior experience working for a B2B company or in healthcare.
  • Familiarity with motion design and animation principles.
