About the position
The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for executing merchandising directives and maintaining product presentation in collaboration with Bethel retail partners. This role involves establishing positive relationships with store personnel and customers, providing product knowledge, and communicating inventory opportunities to the Merchandising Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise products inside and outside stores
- Provide customers and store associates with product knowledge on Bethel brands
- Ensure product is stocked and presentable at all times
- Assist in identifying opportunities for solution selling and incremental space
- Provide support to Merchandising Coordinator and store employees as needed
- Work effectively and independently to perform all tasks assigned
- Maintain working relationship with Costa representatives
- Clean/merchandise sod hut
- Participate in store events and store walks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent years of experience
- Experience in retail, merchandising and/or stocking
- Problem solving and service oriented attitude
- Ability to lift, push and pull 45 pounds and climb ladders
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
- Ability to operate company provided technology
- Current, valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be at least 18 years of age
