Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement visual merchandising presentation and enhance guest experience.
• Optimize guest experiences through consistent brand standards in product stories and placement strategies.
• Execute visually appealing product presentations in line with company standards to drive sales.
• Perform visual merchandising flips, including window displays, mannequin styling, and signage updates.
• Connect with guests to assess their needs and provide product education.
• Offer feedback and training to team members on brand standards and visual display techniques.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Education or experience in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, or related fields.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent; training or degree in design or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in retail product merchandising or inventory management.
• Food safety and/or liquor service certification for experiential stores with food/beverage service.
