About the position

The Warehouse Representative plays a crucial role in supporting outbound operations by managing inventory-related tasks and assisting the inventory team. This position ensures the accuracy of truck orders and processes, contributing to the overall efficiency of the warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Support outbound operations with inventory-related tasks.
• Assist the inventory team with regular duties as needed.
• Ensure accuracy of truck orders and processing.
• Perform replenishments to maintain focus on the pick/pack process.
• Conduct receiving audits to verify lot and expiration dates before picking.
• Facilitate bin moves to enhance efficiency by placing fast-moving items closer to pickers.
• Research and resolve issues related to orders and location variances at the end of the night.
• Perform quality checks on truck shipments.

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Knowledge of AS400/TPS preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Ability to understand mathematical conversions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly resolve problems and develop favorable solutions.
