About the position

The Warranty and Scheduling Administrator at Modern Method Gunite, Inc. is responsible for managing customer warranty claims and scheduling plaster crews for various projects. This role ensures customer satisfaction by tracking warranty policies and responding to inquiries, while also coordinating schedules to optimize crew availability and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop crew schedules for specific projects based on workload and priority
• Coordinate the schedules with staff, management, and builders
• Monitor crew availability and adjust schedules as needed
• Communicate schedule changes to impacted personnel in a timely and clear manner
• Proactively identify and handle scheduling conflicts or issues to avoid delays or disruptions
• Maintain crew scheduling documentation and records
• Manage plaster warranty claims and requests
• Provide customer service support to warranty-related queries
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all warranty claims and services
• Manage warranty records
• Maintain excellent customer relations with builders by checking on upcoming projects, providing updates on current schedules, and updates on warranty claims.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 1-3 years of proven experience in warranty
• 1-3 years of proven experience with scheduling crews or teams for jobs
• Spanish Bi-Lingual preferred but not required
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and database
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
