About the position

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Spanish and French Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an engaging learning environment that fosters students' love for the Spanish and French language and culture. This role involves teaching Spanish and French at various levels, from beginner to advanced, and adapting lessons to meet the diverse needs of students. The Spanish and French Teacher will also play a crucial role in mentoring students and providing academic guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Teach Spanish and French language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Utilize creative teaching methods and learning technologies to enhance student engagement.
• Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor students in their academic pursuits, offering guidance on language acquisition and cultural understanding.
• Facilitate classroom discussions that encourage participation and critical thinking.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create interdisciplinary projects that incorporate the Spanish and French language.
• Participate in school events and activities to promote the Spanish and French program within the community.
