About the position

The Spanish Bilingual Administrative Assistant will support a global manufacturing company in their Wisconsin office. This role involves various administrative tasks, including data entry, correspondence preparation, and communication with sales and vendors. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills, with a focus on teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing and data entry/processing.
  • Prepare correspondence, memos, presentations, and reports.
  • Answer phones and arrange meetings.
  • Follow up with Sales for missing order information and/or sign-offs.
  • Work with vendors to add new products.
  • Send requested marketing materials to sales representatives.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree required.
  • Business backgrounds preferred.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales, Customer Relations, Inventory Control, or Purchasing is a plus.
  • Great communication skills and teamwork are essential.
