About the position

The Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Associate role at TransPerfect involves providing exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls for a Third-Party Claims Administrator. The position requires fluency in both Spanish and English, and associates will engage with customers to resolve inquiries related to billing and technical support while ensuring compliance with various standards. Responsibilities

• Answering inbound calls from customers ranging from billing to technical support.
• Providing clear and accurate information using a multitude of resources.
• Engaged with their PC throughout the duration of shift doing data entry, look-up and correspondence tasks.
• Maintaining confidentiality and compliance while working with PCI, ensuring a paperless workspace and treating customer information with care.
• Following scripts and processes to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal wireless standards and requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of Customer Service or Call Center experience.
• Experience with desktop applications.
• Effective communication and literacy skills.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
